Of course, you can! Please feel free to switch to any plan at any time based on your preference.

Do you offer additional discounts for several websites?

Yes! If you have more than one website, we offer a great discount. You can enjoy our maintenance and support services for multiple sites.

Can you tell me more about your refund policy?

If we fail to deliver service as mentioned in the services page, we offer a full refund within 15 days of purchase. With Blossom Sitecare, you are always safe.

Can I shift a plan between multiple WordPress sites?

Our WordPress site maintenance plan is for a single website. So, if you have multiple websites, we offer bulk discounts on the existing plans.

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want to?

Yes, you can! If you’re not satisfied with the results, please feel free to contact our support team at any time for cancellation.

But as long as you need our support, we’re always there for you!

Does the web host impact the website’s performance?

Yes, it does! Your website's performance heavily depends on the hosting it is using.

For instance, if you use a medium-speed web host, your site will run decently. But, if you use a slow server or a slow host that uses outdated resources, your website's performance is compromised. To avoid such a tragedy, we recommend some of our trusted web hosting partners.

My website is hacked! If I sign up for a plan, will you be able to fix it?

Yes, we can!

We clean up malware and restore your site for free. This service applies to both our maintenance plan users and new subscribers. But, your subscription should be of at least six months for this service.

Do WordPress maintenance plans include SEO service as well?

The main focus of our WordPress maintenance service is to refine the technicalities of your website. We provide SEO plans separately.

But, our maintenance plans help to enhance your website’s SEO as well.

Which credentials do you need access to once I purchase your plan?

As per our service rule, we need access to:

WordPress Admin access:

You can either create or provide us a new admin account of your site. You can also choose to give us your WordPress admin account details, and we can create a new admin user for our use.

Cpanel/hosting access:

We will need Cpanel access to get in touch with your website's database and files. We will create a new user while working on your website to avoid any problems related to passwords. Once we complete our work, you can easily remove the account we used.

What are your support hours?

Our support service is available from 10 AM to 6 PM NPT, i.e., 4:15 AM to 12:15 PM UTC. We respond to your queries within a few hours or 24 hours.

Do you offer any SEO services?

Yes, we do! But, our SEO service is a separate plan from our WordPress maintenance plan.

How many support inquiries can I submit each month?

You can submit unlimited support requests every month until your monthly plans last. Please send us an email whenever you need help.

What happens if a theme or plugin update breaks my site?

In such a case, we can immediately restore your website from our backup. Also, we can check for issues to make sure your site runs smoothly again.

Can I rely on you for small tasks like content edit, image upload, and more?

Yes, you can! We can help you with small tasks like editing content, uploading images, adding a logo, or altering the text color, and so on.

Please note that a task is considered small if it takes less than 30 minutes.

How much time do you take to complete small tasks?

We always aim to complete small tasks on the same day you request.

If a task is of high priority, please let us know us at the earliest.
